Participants embarked on a journey of deep self-reflection through creative expression. Using colored pens, they first created spontaneous, abstract scribbles. From these, they identified a living being hidden within the lines—a symbolic representation emerging from their subconscious. This artistic process then evolved into exploring personal safe spaces, visual and emotional representations of the people, places, and environments that offer them comfort and protection. Through this blend of expressive art and writing, participants uncovered a powerful connection between the imagined being, their inner selves, and their emotional sanctuaries. It was a truly meaningful and transformative experience in self-discovery.Â
A big thank you to Ms. Naina Sakulsacha for her inspiring leadership and to all the participants who brought so much creativity to the session. It was a fun and engaging workshop where students explored their emotions through both writing and art.
